Marketing Head

Job Description:

We are seeking a senior marketing professional with experience in operating in the USA and UK, preferably specializing in selling IT services to large corporate clients.

This is a top leadership role, reporting directly to the COO.

Location: On-site, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating marketing strategy and implementing them.
• Set up and augmenting the marketing team.
• Implement in state-of the-art marketing practices and processes
• Bring in the latest marketing automation tools and technologies.
• Provide leadership and management to the team on a daily basis.
• Achieving Revenue and ROI targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Min 10 years experience in marketing department.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required).
• MBA in Marketing from a well-known Institute/ University (required).
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in IT services marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
